My massage is a unique combination of modalties catered to your bodies needs. Wether you are seeking massage for relaxation or pain managment we can work together to create a signature service just for you. Therapeutic Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.  Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deeper tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get uncomfortable, it is NOT meant to be painful. A warm neck & eye pillow, hot back towel, and aromatherpy included in the service. Feel free to bring your own music that encourages relaxation if you wish.

The first appointment is $40.00. This is an introductory service that will alow me to assess your needs and learn more about your health and wellness history and goals. You will be notified if seasonal specials are in place and there is additional 25% off discount for Conway Medical Center Employees, and all Military personel.  Please ask about referral incentives.
